Contact inquiries
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, optional company name, chosen service, and project details are transmitted to our backend and delivered to the team’s private inbox. We use those details to respond to and discuss your inquiry.
Amazon Web Services processes the form and email delivery. Our email provider processes the delivered message. The website backend does not keep a separate database of your inquiry text. Messages may remain in our inbox as part of the correspondence.
Spam prevention
The backend temporarily stores submission references, delivery status, and keyed hashes used to prevent duplicate messages and limit abuse. Raw IP addresses and inquiry content are not stored in that database. Records are scheduled to expire after two days; infrastructure providers may retain technical logs under their own policies.
Browser preferences
The color selector saves your chosen palette in your browser’s local storage. It does not store the information you type into the inquiry form.
Hosting and external links
Our hosting providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site. This site does not add analytics or advertising trackers. Links to Raindayzz and other external sites are subject to those sites’ own practices.
Questions or requests
Use the contact form to ask about information you have shared, including a request to correct or delete it. Please include enough context for us to identify the relevant correspondence.
